Very professional team. Prepped the area before working and cleaned up the area after the job was completed. Even made to sure clean up the debris that fell into our neighbors property. I am so impressed with this company. I had my entire roof replaced and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The owners are kind, friendly and extremely professional. The estimate was more than fair, clear and easy to understand, the workmanship was on point, the crew arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done, and if I didn’t know they were there , I would not have known they were there because the cleanup was outstanding. Ark Exteriors Solutions did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They were very thorough and explained the whole process to us. They were very meticulous in draping our gardens and yard and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was done. Devin and his crew were great to work with!

Justin's company did an excellent replacement of my neighbor's roof. I spoke with him and Devin about a second-floor shutter issue on my house, and they immediately offered to correct the problem. Justin then gave me details of the procedure, and Devin securely reattached the shutter in just a few minutes. Justin also checked my roof and told me I don't need a new one yet. Great news! Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and, although I may not need a roof now, I do know the company I will definitely be calling for any future home repairs...Ark!!! Our family recently bought a vacation lake house. In the fall, the insurance company sent a list of "to do's" or they were going to drop the policy. I was in a panic and I was 4 states away! It was suggested by the insurance company to use the Roof DRP platform to find a roofing company in that area. I was given maybe 4-5 different companies that could do the project. From there, I was able to narrow the search down to Justin with ARK Solutions. From the very first day till the completion of the project, Justin was responsive, informative, knowledgable, efficient and most of all, so helpful! He sent pictures and videos that really helped me be included in the process even though I couldn't be there in person. The roof with new skylight and railing for outside stairs were replaced with plenty of time to satisfy the insurance company. And I'm sure everyone on the lake will want to know who installed the BEAUTIFUL new roof. I will be delighted to recommend Justin and ARK. I loved working with him.
