I received a non-renewal notice from my home insurance company stating that I needed a new roof, and it was true - I did. I only had a month and a half to get a new roof installed in order to keep the policy. I called Ark and explained the situation and they came to my house the next day, sat with me and explained every option, and then completed the roof within the timeframe in order for us to retain the insurance policy. Ark and its employees are honest, knowledgeable, and professional. After the roof was fully installed, the owner of Ark actually walked the entire roof with me explaining and showing me exactly what was completed. I 100% recommend this company as it's the family company that everyone is looking for these days!

Since I designed the home myself, I knew there were certain design details that needed special attention in replacing the roof. Also, I was a little more particular on choosing the materials being used. Justin worked closely with me on making these decisions and he delivered. His crew did a great installation job and made a special effort to protect my new deck, A/C unit and property in general. They also did a nice job cleaning up the debris after the construction work was done. Another thing I appreciated was their use of Drone photography to monitor the complete operation. Our family recently bought a vacation lake house. In the fall, the insurance company sent a list of "to do's" or they were going to drop the policy. I was in a panic and I was 4 states away! It was suggested by the insurance company to use the Roof DRP platform to find a roofing company in that area. I was given maybe 4-5 different companies that could do the project. From there, I was able to narrow the search down to Justin with ARK Solutions. From the very first day till the completion of the project, Justin was responsive, informative, knowledgable, efficient and most of all, so helpful! He sent pictures and videos that really helped me be included in the process even though I couldn't be there in person. The roof with new skylight and railing for outside stairs were replaced with plenty of time to satisfy the insurance company. And I'm sure everyone on the lake will want to know who installed the BEAUTIFUL new roof. I will be delighted to recommend Justin and ARK. I loved working with him.
