I received a non-renewal notice from my home insurance company stating that I needed a new roof, and it was true - I did. I only had a month and a half to get a new roof installed in order to keep the policy. I called Ark and explained the situation and they came to my house the next day, sat with me and explained every option, and then completed the roof within the timeframe in order for us to retain the insurance policy. Ark and its employees are honest, knowledgeable, and professional. After the roof was fully installed, the owner of Ark actually walked the entire roof with me explaining and showing me exactly what was completed. I 100% recommend this company as it's the family company that everyone is looking for these days!

Since I designed the home myself, I knew there were certain design details that needed special attention in replacing the roof. Also, I was a little more particular on choosing the materials being used. Justin worked closely with me on making these decisions and he delivered. His crew did a great installation job and made a special effort to protect my new deck, A/C unit and property in general. They also did a nice job cleaning up the debris after the construction work was done. Another thing I appreciated was their use of Drone photography to monitor the complete operation.
